The company is part of EEMS Group, a leading force in the global semiconductor market.

Our history began in Rieti, in 1969, with the first Italian production facility of Texas Instruments, which was immediately to the forefront in the development of silicon-based technologies.

In 1994, the management acquired the facility from Texas Instruments and set up EEMS Italia, which within a decade became one of the world’s biggest operators in the microchip industry, opening two facilities in China and turning itself into a multinational listed in the Star segment of the Milan stock exchange.

Solsonica was set up 2007 to consolidate all this experience and express the following values:
