Data processing in accordance with Article 13 of the Decree dated 30 June 2003 n. 196

Solsonica S.p.a., the data controller, guarantees the confidentiality of the data provided, which has however been given optionally, by the interested parties.

The data provided will be treated, in print and/or data transmission, for marketing purposes, to send technical and promotional material, brochures and newsletters, for telephone contact for the practice of market research and for the purposes of statistics and customer satisfaction.

The data will be processed by the company and in particular the employees and/or management of the following departments: Commercial, Marketing, Administration, Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality, Switchboard, Dealers and Agents; the data may also be disclosed to third parties such as partners or commercial agents who are assisting the company in connection with any technical support and marketing or an installer and/or consultants using the Solsonica products.

As the person concerned with compiling this form I hereby consent to the treatment indicated.

Interested parties may, at any time, object to the processing treatment by sending an email addressed to comunicazione@solsonica.com or by letter to Solsonica S.p.A., Delle Scienze 5, 02015 Cittaducale (RI). It may also exercise all rights under Article 7 of the Decree 196/2003, including the rights of access, amendment, modification of the supplied data and deletion from our electronic and paper archives.
